18 Countries, 7 months, 2 young adventurists, and 1 amazing journey…

After moving to San Francisco in October, we quickly grew into our surroundings and fell in love with the city. We had great friends and great jobs, yet something was missing from our lives. As we tried to figure out what it was, we thought a lot about our society. We saw that people have become so focused on material goods like nice houses, fancy cars and expensive labels. People seemed to have forgotten about the non-material sources of happiness: spending time with family and friends, exploring the world, and making a living doing something you love.

Curious about different societies around the world and filled with a desire to break free from this materialistic life, we made the conscious decision to to travel the world. We are off to explore the mindsets, cultures, and attitudes of others so that we may find fulfillment in our lives (and meet as many interesting people as possible).
